Which agricultural drone products are currently available?
AeroSightX currently offers three agricultural drone platforms: HV50, XJ-A20 and XJ-A30. The range covers different capacity and operating needs, including spraying and compatible spreading configurations.
Should I choose a spraying or spreading configuration?
Choose spraying for liquid crop-protection work and spreading for seed or granular fertilizer application. The HV50 modular design can support both configurations.
What information is needed for an agricultural drone quotation?
Please provide the operating environment, farmland area, crop or material type, preferred configuration, destination market, expected quantity and procurement budget.
Can AeroSightX support OEM or ODM projects?
Yes. We can review payload integration, appearance, labels, packaging, manuals and mission-specific configuration requirements for an OEM or ODM project.
Which documents can buyers review before ordering?
We can provide product catalogs, brochures, demonstration videos, operation and maintenance manuals, safety documents and available battery transport or compliance documents.
Which agricultural drone model is suitable for large farms?
The HV50 is suited to large contiguous farms. Its 50 L payload, wide spray width and high operating efficiency help reduce takeoff and landing cycles.
What crops are suitable for the HV50 agricultural drone?
The HV50 supports field crops such as rice, wheat and corn, as well as economic crops including fruit trees and cotton when the route and application settings are matched to the crop.
Can one drone perform spraying and granular spreading?
Yes. By changing the spraying system and spreading module, one HV50 can perform liquid pesticide spraying, seeding and granular fertilizer application.
How many hectares can the HV50 spray per hour?
Standard field spraying efficiency is about 8 to 13 hectares per hour. Actual output varies with field shape, application rate, refill time, weather and operator practice.
What farm size is suitable for the HV50?
Contiguous farms above 500 mu (about 33 hectares) are a practical fit; larger operations can make fuller use of the platform’s payload and workflow advantages.
What is the payload and spray capacity of the XJ-A20?
The XJ-A20 supports up to 20 kg payload with a 20 L spray tank. Confirm the final battery, radar and optional spreading configuration for the operating environment.
Does the XJ-A20 support spreading?
Yes. The XJ-A20 can be configured with an optional 33 L spreading hopper for granular materials.
Who is the XJ-A20 suited to?
Its compact folding format is suited to operators who need easier transport, frequent field changes and a lower-capacity agricultural platform.
What information is needed for an XJ-A20 quotation?
Share the crop or material, field conditions, required options, destination market, expected quantity and any radar or spreading requirements.
Can the XJ-A20 be customized for local operations?
Available options such as sensing, battery, spreading and documentation should be confirmed against the intended market and operating workflow.
What is the payload and spray capacity of the XJ-A30?
The XJ-A30 is a 30 L agricultural spraying platform. Confirm the final payload, battery, radar and optional spreading configuration for the intended mission.
Is the XJ-A30 suitable for spraying and fertilizing?
It is designed for agricultural spraying and can be configured for granular spreading where the selected hopper and material are compatible.
What field conditions should be reviewed before ordering?
Provide crop or material type, field size, terrain, route pattern, weather conditions, required application rate and expected operating frequency.
What information is needed for an XJ-A30 quotation?
Share the required payload, tank or hopper, destination market, quantity, battery and charger plan, accessories and documentation needs.
Can AeroSightX support an XJ-A30 OEM or ODM project?
Yes. Payload integration, configuration, appearance, packaging, labels, manuals and other project requirements can be reviewed for feasibility.
What crops and environments can the HV50 serve for spraying?
The HV50 can support rice, wheat, corn, cotton, vegetables and orchards. Flight height, speed, nozzle selection and route planning should be matched to each crop and terrain.
How should flight height and speed be set for field crops?
Typical field-crop settings keep the aircraft about 1.5 to 2.5 m above low canopies, with speed commonly around 4 to 6 m/s. Final settings should follow the crop, chemical and local operating guidance.
Can the drone operate in orchards with uneven tree heights?
Yes. Terrain-following and obstacle-avoidance radar help maintain a stable relative altitude, while downwash supports canopy penetration. Maintain visual observation and safe clearances.
Can drone spraying reduce water consumption?
Yes. Typical water savings can be 70% to 90% compared with ground spraying, depending on crop, application rate and operating conditions.
Can the drone start field operations soon after rain?
Wait until leaves are dry and the site is firm before spraying to avoid chemical loss and equipment contamination or corrosion.
What is the spreading tank capacity of the HV50?
The HV50 uses an 80 L spreading tank for seeds, dry fertilizer and feed.
Can the drone spread cover-crop seeds?
Yes. The spreading system supports cover-crop seeds such as rye, vetch and clover. Confirm seed size and moisture so the disc speed and gate opening can be set correctly.
Can the drone spread granular fertilizer on plantations?
Yes. Confirm the local fertilizer particle size and moisture before bulk operation so compatibility and calibration can be checked.
How long does it take to switch between spraying and spreading systems?
The HV50 uses a quick-detach modular design; switching between the two systems takes about 3 to 5 minutes.
Can I buy a spraying-only or spreading-only configuration?
Yes. Buyers can order one configuration first and add the other module later as the operation expands.
Can AeroSightX support OEM or ODM projects?
Yes. The project can cover payload integration, airframe configuration, flight functions, imaging or agricultural systems, branding, packaging and documentation.
What information should I provide for a product recommendation?
Share the mission, operating environment, field area, crop or material, target capacity, quantity, destination market and budget so we can define a practical baseline.
Can you recommend a complete drone package for a new service team?
Yes. A typical package may include the HV50 airframe, batteries, fast charger, spraying and spreading modules, controller and maintenance accessories.
Can the drone configuration be adapted to local farming practices?
Yes. Nozzle flow, spray width, spreading gate, battery quantity and accessories can be configured around local crops, materials and operating workflows.
How quickly can you respond to technical and commercial inquiries?
We generally respond to technical and commercial inquiries within 24 to 48 hours after receiving the project parameters.
